Chantal Ringuet was the Reykjavík UNESCO City of Literature Writer in Residence in October 2019. The residency is open to writers from other UNESCO Cities of Literature and Chantal is born and raised in Québec City, a UNESCO City of Literature since 2017. Here Chantal talks about her stay in Gröndal‘s House in Reykjavík, which she calls a „little house of wonders“, and about the project she worked on – a poetic journey revolving around trees and treelessness.
